Lavender Essential Oil
Widely used externally to treat most type of burns, including sunburn, rheumatism, muscular pains, neuralgia, cold sores, insect bites and head lice. It is mainly used for its antiseptic properties but also have antibacterial, spasmolytic (relieving spasms) and local pain killing actions. It also contains ursolic acid, which is not only antibacterial, but also active against lipid oxidation and inhibits elastase – which results in tissue degeneration as well as an inflammatory processes and tissue degradation like those seen in psoriasis and eczemas. On the skin, lavender oil tones and revitalizes it and it is useful for all types of skin problems, such as abscesses, acne, oily skin, boils, burns, sunburn, wounds, psoriasis, lice, insect bites and stings. It also acts as a natural insect repellent.
Peppermint Essential Oil

Sage Essential Oil
Externally Sage can be used for insect bites, throat, mouth, gum and skin infections, It contains rosmarinic acid that has good antioxidant properties. Furthermore, it has antimicrobial and antiviral effects and is often used in skin care to help regulate sebum production for the treatment of various skin problems, including acne.
Camphor Essential Oil
The Chinese use camphor for various skin diseases and to treat wounds. It is commonly used as an ointment or liniment to treat sprains; joint and muscle pain and as a balm for chapped lips and cold sores. Camphor imparts as refreshing and cooling sensation to the skin.
Rosemary Essential Oil
Rosemary helps to increase circulation and is very often used in lotions. It has two important properties – it is an outstanding free radical scavenger and therefore has amazing antioxidant properties, and secondly has an remarkable stimulating effect on the skin.
